BPMG is short for Business Project Management Group. BPMG is a company that I set up with a friend in October 2006.
The company's aim was to build a community of experts in the area of Project Management. A group of people that are not orientated in one specific methodology, one specific tool or closed to
new technologies & knowledge. BPMG specializes in Project Management and Medical Data Management.
I left the company in August 2009. I want to now try, use and expand my knowledge and experience in corporations.

is a portal created somewhere in August of 2007. The portal is a free knowledge database on Project Management. We did not want to close ourselves in one
specific methodology or software. At the begining all we had were a few articles from our professional contacts abroad which we translated to begin with. That was when we started to send out mails to friends
and PM groups. In a months time the site showed us that there was a need for such a service. Nowadays we are one of the biggest Portals regarding Project Management in Poland.

I came into contact with SimTech, mindmapper manufacturer, in August of 2007 when we found out that there was a polish person (company) who was selling licenses of MindMapper on his own in Poland without the knowledge of
SimTech. Thanks to our hard work and SimTech's strong engagement we were able to stop them from this procedure. Nowadays they are one of my best business contacts - we localized the sofware
as well. I even had the pleasure to meet in person Ralph who is responsible for Europes MindMapper sales.
What is MindMapper?
SimTech Systems Inc. is a company that creates MindMapper - a software that helps to develop and organize the mind. Think of the product not as a word processor but a "Mind Processor"
handling all your thought processes and organizing them in a practical and useful way. Here we come to the term Mind Map or MindMapping which are
techniques that were created by - which is simply a
visualization tool that helps you think and learn more proficiently. A mind map is a graphic diagram used to represent your thoughts and ideas, tasks, or other items linked to a central key idea or
theme.
It is used to generate, visualize, structure and classify ideas. Mind maps are used as an aid in study, organization, problem solving, and decision making. Mind Mapping is the most effective,
"brain-friendly" way for you to turn your unorganized, linear, fleeting ideas and thoughts into a structured, visual "map". Mind Map represents the best of both worlds by resembling the visual aspects
of a flow chart and the organizational structure of an outline.

Total-Matrix Management Program is dedicated to the executives and managers of those companies whose projects share resources frequently.
Total Matrix is a lasting solution to the project-management problems that plague knowledge-work companies worldwide.
Each business needs to have a primary system that provides offerings that are valuble to the customers of a business.

CCPM is short for Critical Chain Project Management
which is a method of planning and managing projects. This method emphasises on the resources required to execute project tasks.
This method was developed by which
is based on methods and algorithms derived from his Theory of Constraints. The method was created to achieve
10% to 50% faster and/or cheaper project realization than the traditional methods (ie. CPM, PERT, Gantt, etc.)
A Critical Chain project network will tend to keep the resources levelly loaded, but will require them to be flexible in their start times and to quickly switch between tasks and task chains to keep the
whole project on schedule
My first contact with this method of project management was with when we were looking for
business partners that are in the project management market abroad but not yet in Poland. We wanted to introduce new solutions in Poland that would help Project Managers to manage their projects and
widen their choice of software - and this is how we got to learn the CCPM method.
Thanks to this specific contact I got the chance and pleasure to meet Mr. Tony Rizzo and he introduced us to his theory of the Total-Matrix Management.
Today SphericalAngle is one of my best business contacts - we localized the software which created a strong
trust bond between our comapnies. SphericalAngle ( and

is one of three tools in the world that are recognied when talking about Critical Chain Project Management and this is
why localizing this tool was a great achievement!

My previous business partner in bpmg had a work history in a Clinical Reasearch Organization - a company that helps pharmaceutical companies do clinical research to their products. We decided to open a second
division that would be reponsible of data management for these companies because in Poland there are maybe 2 or 3 professional companies that have their own e-crf so this was one more market
place that we could try to atack. Thanks to our IT and Project Management background as well as knowledge of process modeling we planned and modelled our vision.
I had a chance to learn this subject and that is how our project of building our own generic e-CRF system came to life...
e-CRF is short for Case Report Form (a questionnaire) which is a specific form for Clinical Research specifically used in clinical trial research that pharmaceutical comapnies do to market their products.
Such forms help pharmaceutical companies to Manage their Projects better and provide quicker Data Processing of clinical research.
Our e-CRF ia a technological platform, accessible via web. Pharmaceutical companies use e-CRF for the management of clinical and/or epidemiologic research studies.
Clinical testers, monitors, data managers, and sponsors use this e-CRF system rather than a paper form method becasue:
- Data acquisition is faster
- Data is less error-prone
- Helps avoid data entry errors
- Individually configurable roles and authorizations
- Double Data Entry process
e-CRFs improve data quality while lowering study monitoring and management costs. Standards such as CDISC www.cdisc.org and HL7 www.hl7.org are playing critical roles in the efficient collection
and exchange of quality clinical data.

I started my professional career in Ernst&Young Poland where I was a help desk specialist :) fixing hard-ware and software problems. In about 3 months time I was promoted to
the Service Development & Deployment - Application Engineering department where I was engaged in much more serious projects.
This is where I first got a taste of project management. I was involved in a global project which was called The Global Financial Information System with Oracle and PeopleSoft. I had
a week's time to learn the Lotus Domino (Lotus Script programming) and the financial knowledge. The project was about a year long and I was able to watch how a professional Oracle Project Manager
worked. It was an excellent experience for me as a young employee becasue I was able to sink in the knowledge quickly and with effect.
